Picco di Vallandro
This holiday apartment is located on the top floor and has a south-facing balcony with a view of the Picco di Vallandro. Take your time and enjoy the panoramic view of the breathtaking mountain peaks of the Dolomiti di Braies.

These prices do not include the local tourist tax of €2.50 per night for all guests over the age of 14. This will be charged to you separately while you are here.
Final cleaning costs: €30.00
- Deposit: To confirm your reservation, please transfer the deposit of €300.00 to our account within 7 days. The balance is due on departure (payment by cheque, cash or bank transfer possible).

- Cancellations up to 90 days before arrival: no charge
- Cancellations between 90 and 30 days before arrival: we will retain your deposit
- Cancellation within the last 30 days before arrival,
- in case of no-show, late arrival or early departure: 100% of the booking price will be charged
- Arrival: after 2pm, or by arrangement
- Departure: please vacate your apartment by 9:30am on the morning of your departure so that we can prepare it for the next guests.
- Collection service: our farm is approx. 500 m from the centre of the village. We will be happy to pick you up from the train station on arrival and drop you off on your departure.
- Pets: we regret that no pets are allowed.
- No smoking: please do not smoke in the apartments.
